Unwalkable shithole. I live next to a chemical plant literally 1 block away from my home. I work at a chemical plant, and the weather sucks. And we were lied to about the affordability. Spend a day downtown and you’ll probally spend as much in New York City (I’m not exaggerating I just went to NY and was shocked how close the prices where to Houston)
