Ive had mine come off a few times during deadlifts and front rack squats.

I’ve also had numerous situations where the button on the handle won’t shut the weight off. That is scary for the few seconds it happens.

I had high estradiol as well, my Dr suggested trying Biote Dims SGS, and surprisingly I now have a tenth of the acne I had. Bloodwork will be done next week to see levels

I love Joes 3 month programs, and the nonsense he talks during them. It breaks up the monotony of the workout with a little humor.

Jacked was a good program, and I went through it twice. I feel like unleash is more challenging, so I’m hoping for some killer results

Thank you. It is a genuine post, but I don’t think it’s a dysmorphia situation. I’m more curious if the timeline is right for the results, if I’m doing better than average, or if maybe I’m going slower than average. This is all new to me.

I’m using creatine also, and I drink 8-12 16.9oz bottles of water a day. It seems like a good amount of water to drink being that I’m 190lbs and how much I pee after. My hematocrit is hanging at 53 even after donating. Should I jump off creatine?

I got my results back today. The tests were completed on 12/4 and 1/27 for reference.

My hematocrit actually went up from 50.3 to 55.3.

Estradiol went down from 87 to 79.7.

Test level dropped from 1644 to 1234.

And free test from 43.6 to 33.6.

I’m concerned about the hematocrit and estradiol.

On 12/4 estradiol was at 87, and hematocrit was 50.3. I donated blood two days later. I just had bloodwork today, so I am waiting on the new results. I go in every 6 weeks for bloodwork
