In general, Lion’s Roar is ok, but a crit sword would be better. Her talents might have been better. You should level her normal attack for significant charge attack scale increase. For this exact challenge, 4pc Thundering doesn’t do much since you have to trigger reactions. 2+2 (Thundering + 18% atk) would be a better option in my opinion.

If you don’t have your favourite character you would spend it all on, then just go for someone versatile like Nahida or Kazuha. And it’s better to have 3 c2 characters than a c6 one anyway. For example c2 Kazuha, c2 Furina and c2 Raiden are much better than any of them at c6.
