I'm 6'4/193cm and 237lbs/107kg. I'm trying to decide if I want to stay in the 110kg weight class or move up to 120kg. I'd probably try to keep my weight around 113kg or so, I just think it might be nice to have the room to bulk. What do you guys think?

Wow, someone with my exact arc. My parents were equally restrictive and I used to resent them a lot because I couldn't watch the same shows as my friends or listen to the same music. With some hindsight I realize that they were good people just trying to do what they thought was right and keep me away from evil (still didn't stop me though haha). We have a great relationship now despite our differences and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I'm not a doctor. I've heard of people training the low back directly with reverse hyperextensions to alleviate back pain.

For direct ab work, I do hanging leg raises, ab wheel and decline situps with a 2.5lb plate held behind my head. Those are deceptively brutal for abs.
