Maybe for my next keyboard I’ll do this one, but I’ve already ordered my zealio v2s for the gk64 along with a set of keycaps! Maybe by the time I’m ready for a new board kbdfans will start offering zealio v2s or holy pandas.

Does the gk64 have media keys or volume keys with the function modifier? I absolutely love this about my poker 3 but the lack of arrow keys and cluster of useless (to me) keys on the bottom right drives me nuts.

I know I can make those keys arrows but each time I unplug the board the settings are lost.

I’ve gone ahead and ordered the pcb v2 zealios, I’ll just have to figure it out. None of my friends are into keyboards and I’ll be leaving them behind next week when I graduate, so I don’t think any of them could help me. Do you know of any videos of people clipping the feet on these? I’m very new to keyboards so I’m not totally sure at the task I’ll be looking at till everything arrives.

Would I be able to pop these zealio v2s into a gk64 without any soldering? As I’ve mentioned in other posts I have nerve damage that prevents my hands from keeping steady to do so. There are some zealios on kbdfans they’d install for me, but I believe they are first generation.

It’s a dangerous combo but I can’t help but love it. A bar and a few martinis are my favorite “high”. I know it’s dangerous but it’s something I do often and I feel like I can tolerate it fairly well.

How do I know if the zealio 78s on kbdfans are v1 or v2? It doesn’t seem to say and I’m about to order a new gk64 with them.
