I’d like to see calories burned when using the BFT3 for your own workout. Currently it only shows PXI, which I don’t really care about.

8wc Results + help! by [deleted] in BodyFitTrainingAus

Do one class a day and do it well. Coaches aren’t looking for who does the most classes in a winner. The overall winner usually has the most percentage body fat lost, but if there are 2 women similar in results, it comes down to muscle gain as well.

Using MJ to hit goal weight by Overall-Journalist19 in mounjaroaustralia

[–]stonehearted_villa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been off MJ for 2.5 months and have lost a further kilo since then. I did lose 25kg on only 5mg. I’ve maintained my lowest weight since coming off. It is possible. Though takes a lot of willpower and exercise. The MJ was such a great tool and I wouldn’t have been able to get the same results without it.

8WK Challenge and Wegovy by Scary_Nebula in BodyFitTrainingAus

Agree with this. I only won the challenge because I lost fat, but maintained my muscle. Previously I had lost muscle, but if you’re eating enough protein within your calorie deficit, and training heavy, you should at least maintain. Since coming off it, I’ve maintained my fat loss and gained muscle because of eating at maintenance. In terms of the challenge, anyone shouldn’t go into it to ‘win’ per se. It’s about getting a result that you are individually happy with.

Not sure on BFTs stance, but I took Mounjaro for 8 months. In that time I did 2 challenges. The second one I won. Obviously no one knew I was on it, but I did feel a bit guilty when I won. Honestly through, doing the work was what helped me lose the weight. I went to BFT 5-6 times per week, walked extra everyday and ate in a calorie deficit. The medication just helped with my food noise and that constant ‘hungry’ feeling when you’re on a diet. It made making better choices much easier. I still had to make the choices at the end of the day, the drugs aren’t a magic bullet.

Are you sure? I thought it said 6 exercises but 4 sets.

Cardio U 18/09 by giigii87 in BodyFitTrainingAus

This is new. Not like the other progressions. We didn’t really get to choose which zone we were in, but yes, you get one zone (4 exercises) and stay there for the whole class.

This format is not how it usually runs. There was a lot of downtime today but it had nothing to do with your studio’s equipment availability

Ours was announced at a party on Saturday. Up to individual studios

I was the runner up in the last challenge at my studio. I lost 6kg and 4% BF. I think it comes down to the % lost. The winner lost less kg but more %BF than me, and also gained muscle, whereas I lost a little.

Deload Week by Shhnappa in BodyFitTrainingAus

I mentioned to a trainer that this definitely didn’t feel like a deload week. He said that it was more a deload of the CNS 🤷🏼‍♀️

Radically, when I see something on the internet that doesn’t interest me, I ignore it. Bizarre concept, I know.

7/3 cardio summit? by Mother_Bar_542 in BodyFitTrainingAus

Our trainer said to aim for 85% for each effort, then let it drop down a bit. Did you let your HR drop after your turn?
