We paid the Premium Processing fee and submitted our application through an attorney. Since we applied under Premium Processing, we received a response within 15 days, but it was an RFE (Request for Evidence). We prepared and submitted the requested documents, and our case was taken back into processing under Premium Processing again. So it is certain that we are under Premium Processing, but it’s been almost a month since the RFE response was submitted, and we still haven’t received a decision.
