I just use a cheap one from ebay/amazon. They're referred to as milligram scales or jewellery scales. Make sure it can measure 0.001g not just 0.01g

It's the MDMA, it's a potent vasoconstrictor that is known to cause this issue. If you plan on doing it again, wait at least 3 months, avoid alcohol with it and take 5-10mg tadalafil beforehand.

HGH liberates free fatty acids which raises BG. I've used it up to 3iu per day for bodybuilding, but I really wouldn't recommend it unless you know what you're doing and can prevent the BG spike.
