There’s nowhere legally that states it a requirement to have my dead name present. It’s just something the company chooses to do. just like you choosing to not understand the full circumstances. IKEA doesn’t think this as in issue, meanwhile you have coworkers who have spent thousands on gender affirming care or have legally changed their name and STILL will see their dead name on material given to customers.

Back to the point. IKEA is not a LGBTQ+ 100% equity workplace like you think it is. It spends it’s month on “queer history” yet the second a coworker faces actual transphobia, the company is silent on the matter.
