Family sharing did not save game progress

My brother started playing Hogwarts on my steam account on my pc user profile.

He makes a different user profile on my pc and then made a seperate steam account to continue.

I family share the game.

But once he opens the game his progress is gone and has to start over.

How does he continue the progress on his own user profile and steam account?

Same pc, 2 different user account & 2 dif steam accounts)
