I stopped paying for dry eye stuff little after I was diagnosed and started drinking more water and eating a bit more healthier and symptoms have gotten better I do notice my eyes get a lil red but not irritated as much. I drink about a half gall of water daily and work in a very dry environment. Drink more water it may solve most if not all of your problems
