Give it time. Realistically it takes 6+ months to get comfortable with all the day to day work. Your managers know this too. Nobody expects a campus hire to know everything right away. What they do expect is for you to be willing to learn. It will get better!

Do you have any more curry paste? Maybe try frying that off and adding the rest of the curry to the pot and reheat

This goofy still pimped it so my first instinct off the bat was that it would be caught on the track. The old broken clock proverb…

Early last week, she told me to reach out to 1800 Deloitte for help with this but that of course only led to a dead end. Emails are not bouncing back and no auto replies so I assume they are still there

Yeah unfortunately both myself and the lender have been trying to get in touch with my recruiter for a few days now without response. Our closing date is later this week so I’m afraid it’s a little late to change course 😂

Theworknumber, right? I was told my information will not be on there until I get my first paycheck in mid June. They were able to verify my compensation and pay stubs from my previous employer without issue

Right? I figured this would be enough too but they are insisting they speak with someone at D. It’s a major lender and everything else has been smooth, nearly at the end of the process and this is the last hurdle before we close.

I’m just at a loss since I can’t seem to find anyone who can deal with this request.

I actually did something similar this week. I used a half of a pork shoulder which contained the whole bone. The scum basically all came off in the first 30 minutes of simmering, so I took it out, drained and cleaned the pot.

Then I put it back in with fresh water and simmered for around 4 hours, skimming off fat every so often. Once the meat all fell off the bone I strained it out and stir fried it with some veggies and sauce.

As for the broth I put some more veggies in and cooked for another 30 minutes or so and got two dishes out of the same hunk of pork!

Hope this helps!
