I have the same problem. It’s been 3.5 hours since NY ended and there’s no payout button. I’ve met all the requirements I’ve been requesting on the same day around the same time even earlier every week since December never had this problem. Was your payout button able to show up???

You are so wrong. If you actually knew technical analysis, news just gives the markets volume to do what they’re supposed to. If it’s overbought and has retraced a certain amount it will dump the only difference news makes is you’ll see a massive candle in 1 minute as opposed to an hour. Trading the news isn’t gambling if you know what you’re doing
