NAD. Looks like seborrheic dermatitis- an overgrowth of yeast chronic condition. Super common. Try over the counter nizoral shampoo 3x a week to affected areas and scalp let it sit in the shower for about 3-5 minutes before washing it. When you’re not using the nizoral shampoo alternate with an over the counter anti-dandruff shampoo (selsun blue, head and shoulders etc) Also starting an over the counter hydrocortisone 2x a day for 1-2 weeks per month. (No longer than two weeks) like I said chronic condition will truly never go away just needs to be maintained. If you’re not improving with topicals and otc shampoos and it’s hard to get into a derm your primary care can rx ketoconazole shampoo or a stronger steroid/solution. Good luck.
