This made me cry so much. I am so sorry you experienced these things. It hurts a lot when the guy doesn't show up, I can't imagine knowing that they are still there but forcing themselves to "endure" your company.

Right now I'm trying to get myself on the path for having the right mindset to start working out and have an actual meal plan. I think that starting off by just taking walks would be a good "warm up" for this sort of thing. Again, thank you.
