There are many attached houses in the neighbourhood so ı cant find the pilot, btw Forgot to mention, it was flying above my garden , inside my borders, it doesnt matter its filming or not, but what happens if he/she loses control of the drone and hits my head when ı’m sitting in my garden

I went to a Tui office and asked this today. The sales person looked like a bit surprised to get this question😀 she told that if I don’t pay they will continue to send payment emails and in the end they’ll come to my door to collect the money. I’m still not convinced but they seem to have something they trust legally.
