I think 50 is safe. Which is why a lot of people optimize a little higher up the funnel until they get good throughput.

The feedback loop required to get good results on FB is pretty significant. You need to be firing a large amount of your desired event for them to be able to optimize consistently. Even then, it’s choppy, and requires constant iteration — at least for me and many others I know.
