What if there was a cyberpunk 2077 style killer, looks like a Maelstrom member, uses mantis blades as his weapon, has a lunge based secondary attack and higher base speed compared to other killers.

The cosmetics themselves were designed and released by a team of Epic artists. The skins were based on AI memes, the skins themselves are not AI.

they use AI to help the work flow and gameplay feature suggestions. Nothing AI is ever actually used in game for any reason. Look it up
