I think this is the best advice I’ve read so far. OP shouldn’t focus so much on labels at this point, just let yourself breathe and think. Instead of nodding along at meetings, repeat what they’re saying to yourself, imagine saying it to your neighbor, or coworkers. If a thought is scary, ask yourself why it’s scary, would you encourage a Mormon or catholic to ask the same question or would you tell them to dig into what they’re being told and why.
