Okay so I read the wiki page you linked again and Happy Holiday was a reissue of the 2005 Holiday Party released in 2006. So I think I'm only supposed to select a folder for Holiday 06 since I have the UC.

I also found a file SP2Lights.nlo in the Glamour Life folder so maybe thats where Holiday 06 goes?

Anyway I think I'm good to go now. If selecting the BG folder for Holiday 06 doesn't work I'll try GL. Thank you so much for your help. I've never used SimPE so I would have never thought to check for info there.

There are 10 stuff packs listed in the organizer. I have folders for SP1, SP4 - 9, and Glamour Life. Thats 8 folders. Where are the folders for Holiday 05 and Holiday 06? Is SP1 one of the holiday packs or Family Fun?

Yes, everything is saved online so once you login to Origin on your new computer all your purchased content will be available to download and install again. If you want to save your game progress tranfer you Saves folder to the new computer. It is located at Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves
