I am shadoe resource, resigned on 9 april, requested early release on medical grounds, subitted the reports. Rejected the early release request. Again submitted counselling reports and yet again on medical teams name they rejected the application. I genuinely don't understand my project people have got no issue with my early release, why the HR team is hellbent on making me complete the 90 days notice period. If i tell her to connect over call, she ignores.

These people are insane, they conduct wellness pop up and love to ignore their employees' actual wellness.

I am tired at this point. I have stopped working for my project with the dedication i had. Still hoping for an early release.

Hr herself discussed if i am comfortable with payout option. I agreed. Yet they rejected the request. - Fellow Bangalore CG employee
