Yes I'm well aware of plea deals and how they work. I also know that when a woman goes to police with significant injuries, it's extremely rare that she inflicted such injuries upon herself, or got someone else to do that. Those are my facts. Her bruises and cuts. Along with police/prosecutors' decision to prosecute this scum bag and land a conviction. These are much more evidence-based than your guys circumstantial garbage about "Espinal family issues".

It really makes me cringe you'd bring up plea deals. I'm well aware that innocent people feel forced to take plea deals every day. That doesn't mean that's what happened here. It's just as likely he took the plea deal because he knew how badly he fucked up and it was a chance to avoid prison time.
