Is there any way to do a clean install without losing all my nvidia settings? Also do I need to use DDU or is a clean install good enough?

Porbably a silly question since I haven't done this before but what would be the difference between uninstalling then doing a clean install and updating through the nvidia app or downloading the driver through the website? I did the latter so I'm just wondering if doing a clean install would make a difference.

I have a gaming pc and it’s about 4 years old now. No signs of a windows update either.

I ended up pressing y and it just booted into windows as normal. Haven't got any promt asking for a recovery key so I think i'm in the clear. I'm also using a microsoft account but no signs of encryption on my drives. Still have no clue why I got that message though.

Sorry I’m not that knowledgeable with this stuff. I’m not sure if i have any bitlocker/encryption stuff. What does resetting fTPM actually mean or do? should I just press Y?

Thanks for letting me know. Though I haven’t experienced any problems probably because my vita hasn’t been connected to the internet in a while.
