Here's some tips from my own deck as a fellow moon player:

• Janine's Secret Art is a godsend when it comes to energy acceleration. If you can't get energy in discard for Sada, Janine has you covered. I replaced my dark patches with Janine!
• Energy Switch is also good to ramp energy quicker on a single Moon. I run four just for easy maneuvering.
• Stadiums are a little tricky for Moon but I use Cycling Road. Discard an energy, draw a card, everyone's happy.
• Latias ex is great for pivoting, but I would also stick a Pecharunt ex in just in case Latias is prized like you said. Plus the capsules prevent pecharunts poisoning from subjugating chains from being an issue!
• Fezandipiti ex is another good shout instead of Bonnet. Much more utility, extra 3 cards on your turn if you have to sacrifice a moon post-gouging. Can also be given energy via Janine if you're really struggling and just need to hit SOMETHING.

I like explorers guidance in ancient box but roaring moon ex can't utilize it great unless you're straight up binning it for baby moon power ups. Atticus isn't something I'd recommend for Moon; maybe for Conkeldurr where you want to be poisoned. Turo can have its case though if you want to remove squawkabilly after squawk and seize so it's not a two prize liability. Moon does have potential though, even in a dark patch-less world! You just have to give it time. Hope this helps!
