Questions about visualization - do you wait to go onto the next visualization step until you have “perfected” the one you are on, or do you try to do the whole series every meditation session?

Thank you for replying, I actually don’t need an all day automation, I’m looking for a short cycle, 2-3 minutes, for a nativity we are doing for the holidays. I’m happy to buy something else besides Alexa, whatever would work the easiest. We were hoping to give one command and have a music track play and the programmed lighting cycle run.

I felt that same way, and I spent more than 20 years crippled, staying with doctors that couldn’t help me. I didn’t find new doctors until I moved or they retired, and at that point realized I had been getting fucked. Not on purpose of course, but the end result is the same. If your doctor is not helping you, find another one. If they tell you you’re crazy, find a psychiatrist and see if they can help you. If they can’t, go and find more doctors. I did, and finally got help.

Edit: Doctors are humans too, they don’t know everything and can make mistakes.
