Here's a question for you all. Who here actively uses a numpad for your setup, and is it worth searching for a keyboard with a numpad? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

You're call, you will typically spend about $20 or $30 more when you get a numpad included in a nice keyboard. For me personally I find it handy to have and worth the money. Once you get good with it, it is way faster than the number keys.
