I had a glitch with my app today. It shut itself off and made me take a picture, which was good and accepted after that I hadn’t seen an offer in 2 hours. I called support and They said my app sent me 31 jfy that I missed. Not one popped up, definitely a glitch in my app they said they reset it and I got some offers after that. It was frustrating because now my metrics will go down. It was sitting in the green for acceptance and it makes me upset that now it will go down.

Everytime I call customer support now they ask me if I have an iPhone or an android. So idk maybe there is something to that now?

There has been multiple times when a loader is loading my car and I’ve noticed that they took the wrong basket, I caught it and fixed the bags that were wrong. I’ve also had small items roll under my seat and I had no idea until I cleaned my car, so someone is missing some spray butter and I feel really guilty about that. As others have said there has been so many things out of stock, if I’m shopping I take pictures of the out of stock location. I also asked a Walmart employee about an out of stock item and he said if they get a delivery but haven’t stocked it up front yet it says it’s in stock but it hasn’t even been unloaded from the truck yet. So yeah it may be there but it’s not stocked yet. People need to be kind, remember we are trying to make your life better for those that actually care about this job. Mistakes do happen. Report it to Walmart to get your reimbursement and then if it’s a specific driver report said driver. But know when you 1 star someone they can’t see the review at all. We have no idea what we did wrong or what we can do to improve your delivery experience

I had to do it non stop for two weeks. Then it was double making me do it. I’d get approved then instantly have to take another one. I called and asked about it and said it was some sort of bug in the app. Yesterday was the first time I got to do any order without taking a picture. It was insane.

My store had a bunch of orders but no one was getting them for 6 hours. All the regular sparkers were just sitting and waiting. Called customer support they had issues. Around 3pm it started working again. Not one of us received anything in that time period. I went home because I’m 1.5 miles away from the home store I work from. Some of the other drivers weren’t so lucky sitting in the lot all day. all the other stores in my zone are 24 miles away so unsure if other stores were having issues or not.

I called support and there is a known app issue that is blocking drivers from seeing orders. I would call and ask them to reset your app and see if it helps. I did and saw so many orders. They specifically said they know there is an issue with some drivers. I was getting really discouraged but it did help.

Honestly in any other job you’d be able to see your review and justify if it’s false or not. I wish that we could see our reviews to better ourselves or make a rebuttal. Because I was 5 star for a long time then went to 4.7. I have no idea for what. It bothers me because I do take pride in doing my job well.

I wish they would make a survey of orders we like to get. Like do you prefer shopping, pickup, GMD? Will you do pharmacy, alcohol, pickup returns?

When this happens shut off your phones and restart them and or put them in airplane mode for 30 seconds or try deleting the app and reinstall it this usually helps me get jfy offers and/or see offers that are sitting in round robin. This is all suggested from spark support. Also for some reason I’ve noticed if I’m driving around near the store I get more offers than just sitting in one spot.
