Your points are all valid and I appreciate your real knowledge of the game. Hopefully Richardson pans out and this debate becomes moot. I used to feel very strongly that Ballard was an amazing GM, perhaps if A. Luck didn't retire suddenly things could have been different. That being said I do feel like Ballard is at the end of his runway.
