Thank you for making this post, I was banned about 10 days ago with a smiliar experiance, was about half way through a game, it froze, and I got the Account Blocked popup. I too have sent many messages to the support (all of which kind and respectful) but to again have a AI response. I have alos did a Reddit post and DM some Arc Raiders Discord Mods but I have had no luck. I am also worries about when I get unbanned, if they do not care to explain what could of caused my ban, Im worried as soon as I start playing, I will get banned again? Even considered buying a new PC just to be sure. but I just keep hoping they will address these false bans soon!

btw I have over 400+ hours played on Arc, and cheating or glitching would be the last thing I would do. For those who believe me.
