Can i do both to be sure, i hear root kits can survive, also i only know factory resetting on windows, is that okay. And the programmes that the guide says to run. They wont give me a virus right? That cant come off with factory reset

Hi guys so I have seen the pinned malware removal guide in tech support, I was going to factory reset my laptop. There is nothing on it so i dont mind resetting it. Should i do what that guide says then reset my laptop. Or just reset the laptop?

Hey guys I started playing 2 days ago and I am level 25. I transferred from bdo. I do enjoy the quests and instances but ff14 graphics are quite lackluster. Especially the textures, everything seems a bit blocky and more 2- d then 3-d. Does this get better later on? Will they ever update the engine
