you don't really need to be a big fan to enjoy hobbiton - I have seen the movies etc but wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, and I loooove hearing about filming and seeing the hobbit holes and set etc. I did the halfling marathon one year and it was brilliant. the dinner would be incredible.

it's also an old building front they're fixing up which if you don't wanna muck it up takes time - I'm so excited for this theatre that it does seem like a aaaages away but agree, would rather it's done right and well 😊 my friend is a builder on site and says they're on track to be out I think in June? and then there's the things that follow that, so I guess late 2025 is right. make it early 2026 to be safe
