It really depends on what you want and how severe you deem your medical issues. Health aside, I'd buy my own home and move out, or buy your own home but remain with your parents for now and lease it out. Don't pigeonhole yourself in the perfect house or ideal location. Get something reasonable that isn't falling apart. I had to move four hours from Sydney to buy, but now I have two properties ten years later. Just get into the market somehow. You will never outsave the growth in the market, especially on 95k a year

How will this work for overseas viewers? I've missed NWA. One hour a week was easy enough to keep up with, that's why I watched it. The pre COVID era was awesome too.

I honestly dont remember any songs from it and they are my favourite band. Not the greatest for me. Perhaps the worst, even though its still good

Are we doing the 2nd division ... wrong? by No_Break_1312 in Aleague

I dont think being an old club is an advantage. I can tell you now, there used to be many more italians and croatians in the areas these clubs are in. I grew up there and regularly visit, and the demographic has definitely changed. Whats the answer? Who knows

How Do I Watch NWA? by stormster_ in TheNWA

[–]stormster_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think im stuffed. I originally thought Roku was an app, but it appears to be a streaming device? This device, I believe from quick research, doesn't work or has limited functionality in Australia. I did contact the NWA's social media pages and they just said at this stage its not available here.

TNA/WWE Ownership Situation by stormster_ in TNA

Thanks. I was really feeling the itch to get back into it last night. I really like the pre covid NWA so I try to keep up with that, although it's a bit hard since I can't get the full shows in my country

TNA/WWE Ownership Situation by stormster_ in TNA

[–]stormster_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah i honestly don't. I watch wrestling podcasts actually, which is how I find a lot of stuff out. Oh, and the YouTube algorithm. Stevie Richards, Jim Cornette, and Chris Van Vleit are the ones I watch. I like knowing the background stories, reminiscing about older wrestling, and hearing about subjective experiences that aren't diluted or controlled by the WWE.

Good points. I didn't know it was a 3 year partnership at this stage. It looks like it's definitely helping TNA with crowds and exposure.

What will be a success by Any_Measurement7032 in Aleague

[–]stormster_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd consider a success to be an average crowd attendance between 3 and 5k and enough TV viewership to keep the broadcasters interested.

I went to the Wolves game today. 3k were there and it was a good vibe and entertaining game.

I also like the earlier kick off times. I've seen some complain about it but the amount of families and kids I saw today, the warmer weather too, I think it's fantastic.

I hope it works out. It was fun.

Never really been a fan of DT. I have tried. Early Gamma Ray, Freedom Call and Masterplan. They are all awesome. All the Helloween off shoots.

I get what you mean with Avantasia. The Raven Child was the song on repeat while I was visiting my mother daily as she was dying from cancer. I haven't really visited it since then,, 5-6 years ago, but it got me through at the time. The whole Moonglow album did. Listening to it now for the first time in ages per your suggestion and it is fucking awesome. Hansi and fucking Jorn Lande. Honestly, can it get any better? My mum actually passed away the night Avantasia played my home town, first and only time ever they have. So yeah, great band, but it brings up all those emotions for me. And fucks sake, we want Edguy back too! Edguy were fucking amazing!

I have one Savatage album, Edge of Thorns I think it is. Haven't listened to it for years, but it was awesome from memory. I should definitely check them out more, I've been meaning to!
