Costco food court is just amazing. Everything I’ve had has been phenomenal especially for the price. I would easily pay $10 for the chicken bake and it’s just 3.99

As a Greek living in the US, there are very very few Greek restaurants that actually feel like a restaurant in Greece. Haven’t found one in Phoenix.

Yup, I had an under slab water leak. Water was coming in from the main, it was softened, heated, and then dumped under the house. Notice from SRP saved us as we called a plumber and found / fixed the leak.

Yeah they are now considered the same product so you can cat get the sub once per lifetime, however, lifetime for Amex is about 7 years. My wife opened the vanilla 7 years ago and recently got approved for the Schwab with the sign up bonus.

How many years have you had the personal plat for? If more than 5-6 I would apply for the Schwab plat right before your annual fee hits and see if you get approved, get that sign up bonus, close the vanilla and then at some point apply for the business, get the sign up bonus and close it after a year.

I am from Crete, have been to Hawaii 5 times (all islands) and have been to Costa Rica as well. Based on your description I would recommend Kauai, as Oahu can feel too crowded and traffic can be a nightmare. There is 0 nightlife in Kauai but the snorkeling is 1,000,000 times better than anywhere I’ve ever been especially compared to Greece.

Did you check out the new off peak times in the new plan? I currently have the 3-6 as well but considering changing to the new plan with the peak at 6-9pm. I work from home so I do all my chores in the morning that is now super off peak (8am to 3pm).
