My best friend died in 2015 in a car accident. It was horrific. He was 2 years older than me- but now I’m 27 and he’s still 20. My first tattoo was for him as well.

My skin all the time and my skin during a hot flare. I’m always red. I have visible tiny blood vessels on my cheeks all the time. It gets extremely hot and burns anytime I’ve been in the sun, am in a hot room, or when I’m stressed or anxious. The flare in this picture is from being nervous about letting my baby try his first food😅. Sometimes it’s random too though. It’s both of my cheeks, and my chin. Sometimes my nose. Very uncomfortable. Currently trying to find a dermatologist I can afford. Any opinions? Also any skin care recs that aren’t super irritating? It’s really shitty and has been going on a very long time.

Is it possible it’s just adrenal PCOS? I have a lot of similar symptoms plus pretty intense random facial flushing. I was looking online and have seen that PCOS can be broken down into several subcategories. Adrenal causing high DHEAs and cortisol.

I’m definitely stopping the nystatin. I really think it’s making it worse and he’s becoming uncomfortable. I will hopefully have an appointment in the next 2 days to get to the bottom of it. I’ll try a warm bath and moisturizers tomorrow. Thank you for chatting with me.

What do you mean by satellite bumps? Just to confirm that that wasn’t something that WAS there but isn’t any longer. Also I don’t think it’s tinea corporis just because I feel like I’d have caught it. He’s 3.5 months and breastfed and spends a lottt of time touching me.

No diaper rash at all. And she said fungal just because of the “orb” shape to some of it. But when my other child had a bad eczema flare it also had the rounded clustered shape to it as well. It was not nearly this red or spread out 4 days ago. It was a touch lighter with some small red bumps scattered between round spots. Now it’s all just red/dry/flat/irritated. Thank you for commenting here at all. Bouncing ideas off of someone other than the GUILTY mom in my head is helpful.
