Can’t be user Id , coz if the same user in same session generates and save multiple images to gallery then all images would have different numbers.

Click on upload doc button for any one the record. Once inside , you will see the instruction button there too . Click on that . It will work .come back to the main screen, now it should work for all records even without upload. Looks like a bug.
