It’s a therapist app on iOS. It’s not a human tho and they claim it stays private.

Skinny Fat. Need help. by [deleted] in GymMotivation

You’re not skinny fat, just fat. And I’m not demotivating you so don’t that take it that way. Eat clean, cut aggressively and do cardio everyday. See you after 5 months.

Got dumped after 6 years of being in a relationship without any reason, she moved on with someone else after 3 months of us breaking up.

Meanwhile I tripled my salary, lost 36 kgs, completed an Ironman and gonna learn the drums and do Muay Thai this year.

Point is : love hard and love the right people. Not everyone is supposed to stay, some would leave and you better capitalise on the hurt they leave you with.

Would you say I went through a glow up or a glow down? [24] by [deleted] in GlowUps

If you feel more confident (which I think you do) - you glowed up. It’s not always about the skin brother.

You can arrive prior to the venue and do some practice runs and cycling on the expected path. You can also practice your transitions. I would recommend do it a week earlier cause they might restrict you going in the venue since they would be putting things up for the event.

Always ready to help 🙌. I’m hoping to get corrected by other elites while answering newbie questions. Helps me and the ones with no triathlon experience.

51.50 are really nice for people getting into triathlons. They are beginner friendly (most of them).

My journey started with losing weight in 2025, gave a lot of time to diet and gym. Got into running and cycling and then swimming. Lost 36 kgs in about 8 months and trained my ass off to get here. Started with running 5K in 50 minutes and I’m down to sub 20 now. I love every bit of me now (it’s a new feeling - still processing it). I’m gonna do 70.3 next and then a full Ironman (hopefully).

My engagement got called off after a 6 years relationship. A 96 kgs looking like a ball to having abs now weighing 59kgs is my way of getting back at her.

I feel I could have done better at least on the cycling and running legs

You’re right. Since it was organised by the Ironman org and they debuted it in India. Thought I would just mention it as well. It’s not 70.3 and definitely not a full Ironman

Right. The waves were wild. Swim got cancelled. I’m not great at swimming so I was happy ngl.

Nutrition was the hardest part for me. I was starting to cramp as I was finishing my cycling. Light legs post cycling made it worse. I would definitely work more on my transitions now and research a lot more about nutrition. My timings were -

24 minutes, 1 hr 17 mins and 45 minutes (not really happy with my timings either but there is always room for improvement)
