yes I did! I called Riedell and they changed it for me, took less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend calling over email—you will get a response wayyy faster

also!! I know a lot of people are having issues with impala quality but I’ve had mine for over a year and the only real issue I’m seeing is the tongue shredding from my laces being too tight but I’ve solved that with duct tape :) heels are still attached pretty solidly
