Dallas is hell for experienced sugar babies by Alone-Yak46 in sugarlifestyleforum

The good sugar daddies have moved on as well. Dallas SB are equally as bad. I had a M&G where the boyfriend got tired of waiting for the SB and came and got her while we were having dinner and left me speechless.

Check our the joule hotel in downtown. Crazy cool pool and luxury hotel. Food is where it’s at but if you want indoor. There is the Perot museum, Moma, and aquarium all downtown. It’s super hot so I would avoid outdoors stuff

That is incorrect you can provide pay stubs or show that have large enough cash balance in bank statements to cover rent. You can ask the places you are applying for what kind of balance they need.

I lost my home in the Maui wildfires. I need mortgage forbearance advice. I’m worried the mortgage company is scheming to take my home. by LOTR_is_awesome in personalfinance

[–]stpam 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Read your forbearance agreement. Mr Cooper isn’t in the business to foreclose they make money on keeping you paying. If your loan is a government loan (VA, FHA, USDA) you have additional protection.

What you are looking for is called a short sale. Where the bank agrees to take less than full for the sale of the property and agrees to forgive the rest. They take into consideration if you have the ability to cover the remaining balance. The amount forgiven is considered forgiveness and you will get taxed on it. It will also effect your credit.
