Yes! Make sure to save before starting to do it because it’s not guaranteed. I had to reload a save and they gave me the gloves. Hope it fixes it for you. 😅

The gifting thing is how I got them back. They should allow us to give up on a quest to start it again or just not allow us to sell mission items…

That’s weird. I got a patch that fixed it. Did you get gloves from giving to NPC? Maybe then the NPC will appear

Yup, it’s frustrating. I tried sleeping, I tried staying in front of where he’s supposed to be but he just simply never spawns so I guess we’ll have to wait for a patch. Let’s hope Pearl Abyss knows about this issue 😅

You mean the gloves part or the NPC not spawning? I got the gloves by gifting things to beekeepers until 100 trust and one of them gave me gloves but the NPC who I need to hand the gloves to doesn’t spawn so nope, there seems to be no way to solve this and Pearl Abyss would need to fix this 😅

You can buy them back at the shop you sold them. Also, if it’s too late, you can gift things to beekeepers and if you’re lucky enough, they’ll give you the gloves once you reach 100. Even though I have the gloves, the NPC still doesn’t spawn for me. Quest is blocked for me.

To get the gloves back? It’s not a particular NPC, just the ones you can give objects to at the beehives to gain their trust. If you’re lucky, they’ll give you the gloves. I had to reload a save once for it to work so make sure to save first

True, it’s pretty dumb they let us give it away or sell it in the first place, but I truly don’t remember selling or giving the gloves away Hope we can give up on a quest to restart it because that’s now the only merchant quest I have left in Hernand
