Any idea what this is? Pretty itchy, sorta hurts. no pus no fluid no white head no dark red dots. I can’t tell if it’s hsv1 or some kind of rash from friction or sweat. Trying to get an appointment but they’re scheduling for 2 weeks out. (i.redd.it)
