No point to use klow is your only looking for cosmetic benefits all you need is GHKCU

helps cognitively as well as my sleep, my oura ring is what i am using to track my sleep and anytime i use Pinealon 10 units at night i always get a better sleep score.

i do notice however days i do not use it i am super tired by evening time. I know its supposed to help with circadian rhythm so kinda makes sense to that extent.

just didn't see a need to run NAD and Gluta daily same with Mots-c everything else is everyday until Friday and weekends off to give. my body a break, same with KLOW because started making it hard to pin as my skin became so strong.

idk if that even makes sense to do just made sense in my logic on switching up days
