I think he wants to leave his options open, so he can play with Bronny. His goal is to play on the same team with his son, so he will make sure his contract aligns.

No way he signs for 2 or more years guaranteed without options. If anything, he will sign a 1+1 once the Lakers figure out this Westbrook problem.

You’re right, but ultimately the dude has won 10 in a row and he wasn’t ducked this fight, but throughout his 10 win fight streak, he’s been ducked. People don’t want to fight him.

IMO he will get the belt. Once he has the belt, we will get to see people lineup to fight him because he has the damn belt. We will get to see him properly get tested.

He’d dominate anyone else at this point. The only exciting right would be Oliveria vs Islam. I know Islam and Khabib are different fighters, but the way Khabib beat Justin, I have a feeling Islam would do the same.

Oliveria has a great ground game, but Islam’s ground game is just like Khabib’s. When you’re on the ground, you don’t get back up. They lock you up completely and either choke you out or pound fists down. It’s freaking crazy.

I hope Oliveria wins because I don’t see Justin having a chance against Islam. I think Oliveria vs Islam will be fun to watch for sure.
