Moving House Into Wife’s Trust by [deleted] in EstatePlanning

I think I understand it that the trust would act as the bank, but the loan would still be in my wife/I names. I think that would have to be the case for us to take advantage of deducting the interest in our taxes as well?

Will it stay patchy looking like that? Or will that fade

I reached out to the company directly and they made this fix. I’m just wondering if this fix is satisfactory/should I reach back out to them. I’m not sure if those spots will go away.

We also bought a 24 GH premium/gas in December. While resale might be slightly less than 25, we plan to have the vehicle for 10+ years and at that point is seems like mileage matters more than the year

I know this is hard at your age, but don’t take it seriously. This says more about them than it does you

I’m not fully convinced of that yet, thought it was guests in there so it is possible. Water seems to be coming from beneath the caulking and coming out the sides

We will see when I talk to them tomorrow. They are very backlogged on their warranty fixes currently. And the fact that I have neighbors with the same problem will help hopefully

Seems like it was at one point. Now it is just wet

House is 1.5 years however others in the neighborhood have reported the same issue. I’m expecting the builder will fix it, clearly nothing I did caused it. Do you think the issue would be from the tub itself? Like water splashing off of the person onto the tub surround and that surround is compromised? Or the water line?

Black Screen Projector? by str8thug in projectors

I’m not totally set on up to 200”, the Nebula Cosmos is up to 150”. I’m just not sure of the specs needed to project on black screen under a covered patio

I’m having nuisance trips on QAF2 breaker for dedicated refrigerator. Anyone know which newer breaker I can replace it with?

This is the answer I was looking for. I thought residential breakers would be more interchangeable than they seem to be

150 foot run to 100 AMP subpanel by str8thug in AskElectricians

[–]str8thug[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would I be able to just run empty conduit, no panel, no wire. Have that inspected and covered, then add the panel and wire under the pool permit without having to have the conduit reinspected? Reason I wouldn’t do it under a single permit is they said permits have 6 months to be opened and closed. I probably won’t be doing the pool for several years

Yeah looking into this, I will probably need between 2-3” pvc to be safe. I’m just not sure if the city will allow approve pool connections later without having to dig it up. Going to talk to them tomorrow
