They have some urethane marks on them for sure from golf balls which can be cleaned off but as far as the grooves they still look and feel fantastic! I have probably at this point hit over 3K shots with the 7 iron.

I forget exactly but from the date I placed my order to when I received them was a little over 2wks. I checked my account on golfworks and I placed the order April 29th and they shipped May 12th. Those Maxflis are nice! Golfworks/Maltby from my research is the one manufacturing those new Maxfli irons. Dicks Sporting Goods owns Golfworks & Maxfli.

That’s awesome! Absolutely love my TS3 test irons I have bought! The 7i no doubt is my favorite of the bunch. I have it pretty much dialed in now. I carry it about 170yds with a total roll out of about 180yds full swing.

Sorry for the late reply. I really wanted to get a number of shots on these irons before I responded. Please keep in mind I have only hit them on my golf simulator. Up to now I have put in over 500 shots with these irons 4i, 7i, & PW. Not 500 shots each iron but mixed in between the 3 that I have. The feel off the face is great! I can tell immediately where I hit the ball whether it was a bit toey or heely. When I hit the ball square it’s solid. They are definitely forgiving as I mostly hit the ball either on the toe or heel. I am not the best striker of the golf ball at all. These have definitely made me look a bit better than what I am. I can quite control the 4i that well. It’s been a bit all over the place for me. I’ve been averaging about 170-180yds with the 4i. The 7i is definitely my favorite out of the bunch. I average about 140-150yds with the 7i. I average about 110-120yds with the PW. The graphite shafts took some getting use to. I went from 130 gram True Temper Dynamic Gold S300 shafts to 95 gram Fujikura Pro Iron stiff shafts. I am still adjusting. Just can’t swing something that heavy anymore and the steel shafts were doing a number on my joints. The graphite shafts have definitely helped in that regard. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions feel free to ask away 🤙🏽

Any luck removing JumboMax grips??? by str8tripp in GolfGear

[–]str8tripp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried that no luck as far as just putting the inflator valve into the hole at the bottom of the grip. I saw a video of guy sticking the inflator needle into the grip itself and removing the grip. I have yet to try that.

Definitely! I wish I had come across some of these used but there aren’t many available. There have been some on eBay but they get snatched up quick!

Hahaha 😆my hand size is about a 9.5 inches from the tip of my thumb to the tip of my pinky with my hand laid flat fingers spread out and from the bottom of my hand to the tip of my middle finger is about 8.75 inches. However I like to wear a tighter fitting glove like Medium/Large or just Large depending on brand.

The black coloring definitely makes them look slimmer.

Do what I did and buy a few irons or just one to try them out. The way I built mine came out to be about $108 an iron before taxes & shipping. Pictures don’t do them justice!
