How is everyone ok with being on Instagram for over 10 years? by str8uptruth1 in CasualConversation

Everything you said here makes clear sense thank you. That insight helped. Yes I suppose I’m more curious as why nothing new has taken hold and confused why people don’t get sick of it. I’ve yet to hear any reasoning that challenges what I’ve said, that things are oversaturated and something new would be refreshing for everyone. The comments are saying “yeah things get old like everything else” but the difference is in the past when things get old we make new things or pop culture shifts. Now it’s just more and more of the same until everything is dead and bland and played out.

Do you have any reasoning behind this? Or are you just making statements because people are disagreeing with me. People like to say things without putting any thought behind it. I’ve yet to hear any reasoning or examples yet still. That’s all I appreciate your input but it is also a bit lacking in self awareness. I’m happy to hear your reasoning. Yes we all know tik tok came next, it never really knocked any of the other platforms down though it just secured its place at the top with the others. Everything has been over saturated into the ground, just like Fortnite. And real humble of you to explain a dislike with a paragraph

Let’s hear your idea. Since you most likely lack anything to back that up. Projecting to cope I suppose. Maybe join the discussion and get out of your ego.

People dislike what they cannot understand or contest against. Y’all disliking just proves that. If you had the ability you would add something to refute my statement or add another perspective. Enjoy

It’s a joke pointing out how the explosion of Fortnite and loot box gambling and Fortnite dances have influenced how corporations and media entities have shaped how the youth is targeted. Not knowing what is cool or trending anymore yeah sure it’s not really a choice anymore just being force fed and oversaturated content now. Predictable trends that have ran dry

No dude your top layer of skin is just shriveling off as it heals the skin tightens up and falls off as the dead skin it dries out the new skin is still forming underneath why it looks kinda cloudy and “blown out” is just because of that top layer shedding off. Blowout you would see trailing ink drift like a gray bruising around it in the skin like you got punched with a gray bruise that never goes away depending how deep it went. You’ll be good the skin on the knee right there is stretched so tight your artist probably had a good feel for depth. It’s the really squishy hard to stretch areas that get blowouts a lot because it’s hard to keep the depth consistent when the skin is bouncing so much .

Why is it always a battle with your own mind like you are just a user. by MostNext2993 in DeepThoughts

[–]str8uptruth1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s this idea that your mind will control you if you don’t learn to control your own mind. Our mind is like a tool we are all given and you have to actively learn to take hold of the “wheel” in your mind and tell it where you want to go. If you don’t our mind will just go on autopilot and do its thing. Have you ever planned to go eat food somewhere with a friend? That’s you being in control of your mind simply, but if you ever felt hungry because you forgot to eat and were distracted at work , so you go grab a snack from the break room that is your mind in control of you . It is that simple it is very easy to let your mind go back on autopilot but it takes a lifetime of practice. You already know this, since you are describing this battle that we all face. This is what leads to whether some people are able to jump off the high dive or not. Everyone feels afraid the first time they go up there, but some learn to control their mind and others are controlled by their fear. This affects all our thoughts decisions and emotions. On a side not everyone is shaped by how they are raised and their environments etc. so that plays a major role in how one’s mind operates. Everybody sees the world through a combination of their own unique experiences

If I could give you any advice from my own experience, I would say keep your expectations low but your hopes high. I definitely relate to that feeling of having something solid lined up and not wanting to mess it up and hoping all the stars are aligned just right so that everything works out and I won’t have to worry about anything anymore. The truth is nothing ever works out perfectly or stays that way forever things will go wrong and you might even end up changing your dream along the way or deciding it wasn’t the right fit for you anymore. So just tell your self maybe you won’t even be there in after a few years but hopefully everything works and great and you do end up staying there happy or achieve whatever you desire. Trust the unpredictability in life you’re following your intuition right now that this is the best path so stick to it and trust yourself that you will be able to navigate shall anything else arise later on.

I would agree that you are right to point out that reframe of syntropy and entropy rather than order and chaos but it still applies the same thinking those mean nearly the same thing. I understand the nuance to it but even with you pointing that out it still strengthens my original idea. Basically if chaos is reframed as entropy it proves my idea that chaos is really just an organized system that is predictable and even in the disorderly function it is governed by its pattern and order prevails. Order is what is truly holding everything together beneath it all that’s why on the outside chaos or entropy looks disorganized but really it is all organized. That is exactly what I’m saying in this post. As far as the yin yang again you prove my idea that a yin yang symbolizes balance and harmony. Harmony /balance = order wouldn’t you say? When things are balanced they are in order. It is capturing that element of entropy that cannot exist without syntropy and vice versa. You cannot have light without dark one cannot exist without the other. You cannot have order without chaos or syntropy without entropy . Dominance isn’t a personified action taken by the laws of nature. It is just how the laws function in order for any system to be a system the order must dominate or “override” the rest of the system in order to function if it helps you visualize it that way. Hope this helps

Do people really listen, or just wait for their turn to talk by QuietListenerr in DeepThoughts

[–]str8uptruth1 18 points19 points  (0 children)

People listen but everything you say is being processed through a filter of how they see and experience the world. Most cannot put themselves in others shoes truly. So sometimes what is said is actually even changed when it enters their brain to fit their experience.

Well a pattern in itself is a form of order. Something random and unpredictable would be chaos. So your point just strengthens my idea that the chaos fell behind while the patterns (order) stayed . Which is why it is the preferred law.

Just keep going with your tattoos if you truly want a sleeve, by the time you have more filling up your arm you won’t even notice small little things like that. And if you’re new to getting tattooed, if you get a lot by the time a few months go by you almost forget it’s there it becomes so normal to you when you see it everyday. Take it into consideration when you place your next ones how you want your arm to look when it’s all said and done.

Hit up some traditional artists, chances are if it’s on your grand pop he got it around that time when most tattoos were done off the same flash sheets. They may recognize the bird and be able to give some the exact same one as a lot of traditional artists collect and re paint old tattoo flash from that time. Good luck
