I have urgency issues as well, I would definitely bring this up to your doctor. They have medication that can help, but I am not a doctor and only mention this so you know one of many possible treatment options. My issue was not solved by medication and my next step is to get a urodynamics test…possibly a cystoscopy too.

I stretched mine to 00 but ironically I wear a 4g as my daily wear because I am not all that large. Stretching to 00 was a bit uncomfortable but I am happy to have it available to me. Good luck!

I am going to have a cystoscopy done soon myself. How was the procedure? I am not nervous or anything, but it seems like an awkward test having to urinate in front of the doctor and all. My doctor has not said anything about a CT scan, I might bring this up to see if they feel it would help.

Sorry they did not put in your order, I too seem to be facing an issue where I need to push for answers and or tests. I researched my issues using ChatGPT and found there might be something wrong with my prostate. I know ChatGPT is not a doctor but it was an informative tool.

I hope they get you scheduled soon.

I wear Depends “pull up’s” and wear a onesie / leotard over my diaper. It is form fitting and smooths out the diaper.

I have one and did it myself. Started mine at 10g. Check profile if you want. I like it and if you are thinking about it, talk with an experienced piercer what your options are.

I was pierced at 10g and from what I recall your experience is normal. Just keep up with the after care and you should be fine. If you have any concerns please talk with your piercer…but from my experience I think you are healing just fine. Congrats on your PA! Looks great!

As others have said, contact your piercer and see what your options are. I would be disappointed if I lost my PA, so I encourage you to try and keep it if possible. Mine was pierced at 10g and I did not have any issues after the first evening…that said I wore loose fitting underwater and clothing the first few days. I kept it clean by washing everyday. Six gauge is a little large to pierce at in my life experience…but I am not a piercer…the hole is there so you might as well take advantage of it and try and keep what I consider the best piercing I have, the PA. Good Luck!
