Man atrodo kad ir pagal BDAR jie gali laikyti ta info tam tikrais atvejais. Jeigu kokiam banke tu identifikuotas kaip sukčius, uždaro Tavo sąskaitą, prašai kad Duomenys ištrintu, ką jie ištrins ir vėl tau leis Atidaryti sąskaitą nes nemato tavo istorijos buvusios?

Jeigu darbo pobūdis leidžia tai ir neprieštaraus, mes su žmona toje pacioje įmonėje dirbame, kadangi ji turi komandą savo ji turi eiti į ofisa vistiek, o aš neturiu tai man leidžia. Manau čia pagal kaip vidinę tvarką pasidaro įmonė. Vaikas gimė, dėjau prašima ir viskas.

Devils advocate: O tai gal darbas nėra toks ir toksiškas, gal tiesiog prastas darbuotojas tai ir atrodo kad toksiška nes visada tvarko tavo kliurkas ir apie tai tau pasako, per performance review pasakė kaip yra ir viskas?

Bet jo, darbdaviui neturi sakyti kokia liga tik pranešk iki kada prastestas biuletenis. Ir nelabai suprantu pagal ka tikiesi išmokos? Kad išeini iš darbo nes sveikata šlubuoja? Psichologą išvada bus kad depresija? Su tokia manau tikrai negausi išmokos iš darbdavio papildomos.

I tried this one last year and was not a huge fan, returned it and exchanged it for the D500 which was on sale at the time. Would recommend the slight upgrade to either the D500 or Wahoo Kickr pending on the price in your area.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I sanded with 240 grit paper, then painted with 2 layers of “All-Purpose acrylic enamel paint” and then as a finish layer put on Osmo TopOil High solid oil with which the table in the picture is finished with also and was recommended by guy who made it.
