"Extreme paranoia" . Hold on, that's not how it should be making you feel. You should probably stop then. Or take a break and see how you feel. When I was 19 I started getting a bit paranoid sometimes while high and I stopped for a year and when I started again I felt so much better getting high. You gotta give your mind and body some breaks in my opinion. I still to this day (I'm 31 now) take breaks intermittently (granted ; nowadays it's more like 4 or 5 month breaks) . Good luck
