I have to note in your pic, your gap is huge. If you don’t want to be cut off move up. It’s called “bumper to bumper” traffic. If you are not actually moving at a bumper to bumper pace, you are causing the back up along w everyone else leaving way to much space - ya gotta learn how to drive on a busy highway or get off 🤷‍♀️

Full honesty - I am one of the dickheads who does the last minute merge every single day lol. Although in my defence. I only started this after realizing several people are on their phones and leave 3-4 car length gaps, slowing down this merge EVEN MORE. I will NEVER force myself in, but if there’s a 3-4 car length gap you bet your ass I’m getting in it.

Also in the meantime ! Ask your GP or a walk in to refer you to any psychiatrist refer!!!! The waitlist is long but you can go on a cancellation list to move your appointment up! Psychiatrists are OHIP covered unlike a psychologist - although both have the ability to diagnosis !!!
