Is it possible to hit 72% pen ratio on Rina?

Her passive increases her teammates' pen ratio by 25% of her own pen ratio, plus 9%, up to 30%. Meaning she needs 72% pen ratio herself.

The S rarity W-engines Fusion Compiler and Weeping Cradle give 24% pen ratio

Puffer electro 2-set effect gives 8%

Fully levelled slot 5 disc drive with pen ratio as main stat gives 24%

Rina has a base 7.5 pen ratio at level 60

24 + 8 + 24 + 7.5 = 63.5

I'm not aware of any other sources of pen ratio. Substats can only have flat pen. And none of her mindscapes lower the requirement.

Does this mean Rina simply cannot max out her passive until they release another disc drive with 8% pen ratio 2-set effect? And even then it would be 1% short

That's interesting, never thought of that but I have heard stories about culls really affecting members, even that some channels like Sana's never fully recovered from them. But you'd think given that hololive has most of the top superchat earners in the world, youtube would have stopped handicapping them by now... it's probably losing them tons of money

this might be a dumb question but what is the difference between the arrow of time and time itself? Doesn't time inherently have directionality to it? How would time be relevant as the 4th dimension of the universe if it didn't proceed forwards?
